this is the final product my very little animation movie!

today is the final journal entry and the day the our very little movie is due ..
i encountered many many problems along the way but the main problem is that everytime i opened my movie on a different computer BIG RED X's would come up and i wouldn't be able to view my movie and then i would have to import my frames all over again! it was a little difficult to draw and create my character inkscape limited me in some ways but i was then able to make it and the background all together... at first i didnt know how to import and export but the videos that were uploaded to student net helped me to export and import.

the process that i followed was i first created my character and the object then i made the background, and started to learn how to make specific parts of the body or background move.
it started to move and then i started to import it to Windows Movie Maker, and i created the movie FINALLY!
it wasnt as hard as i thought but once i got the hang of exporting, changing the movements and then importing again it all started to get imprinted in my brain i would do it automatically.

i used Inkscape to make my charcater and the object with the background and exported all my frames to Windows Movie Maker. I used this software beacuse it instructs to use this software to make our movie.

okay so i finally as said in the last journal entry i have managed to think of an ending for my very little movie.

when i started to make the last of my frames Windows Movie Maker started to fuzz up it then reappeared with BIG RED X's , and of course i had to import all the frames again which didnt take too long, and then finally started to make the ball roll out the frame to the left and the character to the right, then when i got to the very last frame i got my finale idea, i would put a big THE END! in a page and keep the character underneath it... i got the idea from those little cartoons where at the end the would wipe out the screen and only keep the character
on screen..trying to make the audience remember the storyline or key points in the movie.

tomorrow Mr. Lennon, is going to let us have one more lesson and time during lunch to perfect our very little assignments, then i will do one more post and upload it to the student net by midnight! hopefully everything will go to plan... and i wont lose any of my files!

okay so today i went to school and managed to get all my other characters to make the movie but another prblem came up when i wanted to click or change a part of my journal it wouldnt open so at the end of homeroom i went to Mr. Lennon and asked him why and then he explained it and problem solved.

i formed new ideas to fix into my movie but unfortunatley they were put a bit beyond my reach so i decided for a more simpler ending and that was the ball was going to keep bouncing and then it would roll out to the left while my character would exit to the right, at places in the movie the character would stop and look at the ball rolling out of the frame.

okay so today i started actually making each new move on a frame and exporting it to movie maker. unfortunately i have managed to download inkscape but i didn't save the movement frames and now my movie maker wont allow it! So i have to wait till tomorrow so i can save it and finish the rest at home, but the good thing is that it actually is coming together, Mr. Lennon let us in the IT rooms during lunch so we can work on it some more.

Some of the others are coming along nicely especially Natalie Demanuele's one.
the actual things that i did today was add in the red ball and got halfway to making my character throw it up in the air. i finally got the jist of how i had to export it and then how it was to flow in the movie maker, i even worked out how to change little areas of, like how you could change it several times to make the movements flow.

so we got an assignment and now we are supposed to write a journal on the steps of the process that we are now undertaking to make a movie.

the first thing that i did was choose a character and what object that will be in it so i decided that i would have a person who would enter from the left side of the frame, bounce a red ball and walk off to the right.

then using inkscape i started to create my character and the scene around it, it was a little difficult and when i finally finished it the teacher told me that the character needed to be in the center of the frame to start with so i had to start all over again. but i am currently finishing the final touches to my first frame, and im going to start adding in the object (red ball).
there will be a picture of my character inserted tomorrow.
